FAQS:

Q: How long have you been doing photography for?

A: I started taking photos for fun when I was 7 years old, and by the time I was 16, I started to take photos professionally. I fell in love with photography so much that I studied photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Q: Can my dog be in the photos/wedding

A: YESSSSS!!!!

Q:How many images will I receive in my gallery?

A: For weddings, I overshoot, because I don’t want to miss a moment, and love to have lots of options to pick from when picking your photos for your gallery. Every wedding is different, and some weddings are longer than others, some have a lot of detail, while others focus on just the couple for an elopement. With that being said, it can range from 800 photos to 3000 photos, if not more!  All images are also duplicated in Black and White and are given to you WATERMARK FREE.

Q: How involved are you with the planning process?

A: I try to be as involved as possible, whether you need help finding vendors, need help with timelines, or even want to elope and need help with that, I am there for you from start to finish.

Q:How many weddings do you take per year.

A: I roughly take on 30 or so weddings per year. Last year I took on 54 weddings, which was an amazing experience. However, I decided to scale back and practice work life balance!  Sometimes if I’m over the limit, and you ask me a few extra times, I’ll most likely say yes, though!.

Q: What is your turn around time? However, around the holidays, the days can vary a day or so.

A: For engagements: 2-3 business days

For weddings: 3-6 weeks, however, it usually is a lot faster than the date listed.

For family sessions: 2-3 business days

For boudoir: 3-4 business days

Q: Do you provide raw images?

A: I do not provide raw images, because a photographer’s work is not just taking the photos, but the way we edit. The best way to describe this is turning in a project to your teacher, when your friend did the other half. I love to deliver my clients their images from start to finish, because it’s a part of my art form!

Q: Do you have payment plans:

A: I do offer payment plans. My retainer fees to secure your date is 800 dollars. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding.

For all other sessions a retainer fee of 50 percent is due the day you book your session, and the rest is due a few days prior to the shoot.

If you need a certain payment plan we can discuss what is the best option that works for you is!

Q: Do you do wedding albums, do you do USB’s?

A: Yes! However, it is an additional fee, it takes a lot of time and love to create albums for my clients. I ask you to pick out a certain amount of images for your album, depending on how many pages you would like. You have one year to create your album if you add this onto your package, otherwise you will forgo your album. You can also add on a custom USB to have, which will have all your images on it, as well as the online gallery link.

Q: Do you do photoshop?

A: I promote self love always. Loving yourself is very important to me, I want you to see the beauty that I see in you. I do not photoshop my images unless you have a blemish, scar, or something personal that bothers you, which we can discuss privately.

Q: What if the weather is bad?

A: If the weather leads to poor road conditions, or evacuations, we should probably reschedule, the goal is to always be safe! If you are down for a little rain, or snow, though, I’m in!

Q:  What happens if you are unable to attend my wedding?

A: If this does happen, due to a sudden death, or extreme illness, you bet your bottom dollar I will find a way to get the same style photographer to cover your wedding.

Q: What happens if I reschedule or cancel my wedding or shoot?

A: All deposits are non refundable. If you move your wedding to another date, that I am open for you can apply your deposit towards that.

Q: What do we wear for our shoot?

A: I am currently working on a style guide. You can also ask me for help and send me outfit ideas you like or what you are thinking of wearing!

Q: We want you to travel to us! How does that work?

A: I kindly ask that you pay for my flights, transportation fees, stay, and a small food allowance. If you have a friend or family member that is willing to house me as well, I am always open to meeting the people you love! If you want to all camp together, or share an airbnb that works too!

Q: My venue wants to know if you have insurance?

A: I sure do! I am insured for up to 1 million in liability, which is the most common insurance package for vendors.

Q: Do you backup your photos?

A: I SURE DO!!! I backup my photos onto my computer, and then onto another Solid State Drive. Sometimes even two Solid State drives. I also keep your photos safe on my memory cards until AFTER your photos have been delivered. I write to two memory cards on the day of your wedding as well.

Q: Do you work with an assistant?

A: I do most of my weddings alone, however if you would like an assistant I have wonderful photographers who I work very closely with, when my clients prefer there are two shooters on the day of their event.
