Hi there! I'm Ariele,

thank you for visiting my website! I'll tell you a little about myself so you can get to know me better. First and foremost, I love to travel! I am always down to pack a bag and head out the door on a moment's notice. I love going somewhere I've never been before, and I love going to a place I've been a hundred times. To me travel is always exciting no matter what. Part of the reason traveling is so fun is because of all the good food! I have a huge sweet tooth so I love donuts and ice-cream. If there's cookie dough around, always assume I'll find it. I enjoy long runs, crossfit (it's okay if you hate it, trust me, it's a love hate relationship even for me) and I enjoy writing screenplays and novels in my spare time. I have a Masters in screenwriting as well. I think learning all aspects of story telling will make me a strong and more well rounded artist.  I'm also obsessed with dogs, so if you have one, and want your dog in a sessions, that is 100 percent perfect with me!

ON TO THE PHOTO TALK:

I've been photographing everything and in between for 14 years now, and I can honestly say I'm so glad this is the life path I'm on. Let me tell you a little my education and camera gear, since that's the real reason you are here.

I'm a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, class of 2012, where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. (I minored in eating the best food around *I wish*). I have a strong background in both film and digital photography. Although I have both Canon and Nikon gear, I started using Nikon cameras when I was learning to do film work back in 2006, and although I still have a lot of Nikon gear, for all my digital work I use Canon. Some of the gear I have is Canon R5 and a Canon R6, a 35mm 1.4, 24-105mm 4.0, 50mm 1.2, 24mm 1.8, 14mm 1.8, 85mm 1.2, and many other lenses. My next purchase will be the 24-70mm lens.. I have lots of SD cards and compact flash cards, so I have lots of storage for your images. I have several flashes if necessary for the type of shoot I'm doing, and I have a few tripods on hand as well . For editing I use both lightroom and photoshop. All photos are also duplicated in black and white.

Getting your pictures back is SO EXCITING, and sometimes you just need to see the pictures because you're wanting to share them as soon as possible with family and friends. I totally get it, trust me, which is why I guarantee a turn around time of 3-5 business days for getting back your images! Weddings are a bit different, but you'll have your pictures back within 3-6 weeks, and you''ll get 15-20 images from me the day after the wedding to have, because trust me I understand how hard it is to wait! Your happiness is what matters most to me. I want everyone to feel beautiful in their images and I want my clients to have a blast taking photos with me. I'll keep you laughing, smiling, and having a good time throughout the whole session.
